23 Songs in 25 Days – Day 14 – A song that reminds you of your boyfriend/girlfriend.
Okay, first off, I’m beginning to think that this challenge was originally written by a teenager! What’s up with all of the first love, ex boyfriends, current boyfriends?
I probably should have really paid attention when I read through the list earlier!
Moving on…
I don’t have a current boyfriend. Or girlfriend. Just in case you needed me to clarify.
FREE DAY!!!!!
I’m declaring a free day for me!! 🙂
Man, I am so smart!
The one thing this list doesn’t touch on is children, and we all know how awesome Mr. T is, so I am going to go pick a song that reminds me of Mr. T.
This song is actually his ring tone. Totally inappropriate, probably – especially since there is some mention of a hidden meaning in the song.
But – stop listening to the song and click on the link below – when we were watching this movie, we both died laughing at this scene, I mean bust-a-gut-afraid-we’d-be-asked-to-leave-the-theater laughter!
That’s a mash up of the best parts, but did you see the scene I was talking about? Yeah, it still cracks me up!
Thanks for letting me have a free day!
Now, go check out these cool guys that are playing along!
I’m updating as I can – but I may not have their most current song page listed!
You crack me up! The part about this game probably written by a teenager. hahaha Next time, read the small print. hahaha You are still doing well, and I am enjoying your music. 🙂
I’d like to say that next time I’ll read the fine print; however, I know me, I won’t and I’ll be stuck in this situation again! 😀
But thank you! I’m glad you are enjoying the tunes!
Yeah, I don’t read the small print either. hahaha
We love that movie!! The guy who plays Murdoch was “brilliant” (my daughter’s word, she’s been reading a lot of British books lately). Thanks for sharing.
ps – we so need to create a list that is more appropriate for our age group, like a song that reminds you of your kid(s) or a song that reminds you of high school/college
First off – thanks!
And YES!! How totally awesome would that be!?! A challenge geared towards US!!!
We must facebook that idea. It could be books, or movies, or songs, or tv shows or we could make it a combination of all of the above. Oooooo, my mind is spinning now.
Right round..EPIC CHOONE!
Yay! I’m glad that you love it! 🙂
Yeah got it on a playlist on You Tube
I feel the excitement in your voice, much like a kid on a snow day!
😉 Yes!! I love breaking the rules and I love the memories of the laughter, today’s challenge was just right up my alley!
yep, totally The Hangover, Kerry! And being a part-time Las Vegas’an, that movie is near and dear to my heart – and so is the song!
LOL! I’m glad you liked it!
love that song! reminds me The Hangover. haha, love that movie! I have noticed some those challenges and/or FB quizzes are made by and geared toward tweens/teens. Fun anyway, I enjoy seeing what you post each day 🙂
Thanks! I’m glad you are having fun with it! And yes, at first the challenge seemed just fine, but obviously, like most things in my life, I get myself in trouble because I don’t pay close attention!
But – hey – FREE DAY! 🙂
Love this approach to life in general. If you don’t like criteria being hoisted upon you – declare a “free day” and do what you want 🙂 This will be my motto for today!
Rock on!! I’m joining you, it’s my motto for today, too! 🙂
